When you order from Mini Mermaid Tails, you are creating a magical world for your child, and your satisfaction with your purchase is guaranteed.

We hope that you will be satisfied with your purchase but if for any reason you are not please email us in the first instance info@minimermaidtails.com and we will do our very best to remedy the situation.

Returns for refunds or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. All items must be unused, in their original packaging/boxes, and have all attached tags.

Items returned after 30 days of purchase, in used condition, or missing any of the original packaging will not be accepted.

Shipping charges will not be refunded on any returned or exchanged items unless the item is defective.
