Never received it. Shipped back to you. I tried to contact. I was asked to pay more duty fees and I was trying to find out if it was a scam. I want my money back.

Unfortunately, due to the complicated customs process, we are still waiting for our tail that was ordered in late January.
The seller attempted to help but the issue has not been resolved. We paid for the product, and $25 shipping fee.

Not the seller,or shipping carrier. The invoice arrives via email to the account you used during the purchasing process and will contain some varient of the order confirmation number (minitor your spam folder). If you to not pay the customs fee promptly, the tracking information will change to ". . . refusual to pay customs".

Since Trump has got in it has been increasing difficult to import products as now any value of goods is subject to importation tax. It is possible though and is not a huge amount of money but just rather inconvenient and the couriers will not hold the parcel for that long waiting for it to be paid.
