Handling
Handling and preparing orders for dispatch takes upto 48 hours. Orders placed before 1pm are generally dispatched on the same day but not guaranteed. 

Standard UK Delivery - £2.99 or FREE on orders over £40.00. Smaller items will be sent via Royal Mail. Orders containing Monofins or larger items will be sent via courier.

Tracking will be emailed automatically following purchase. You should receive your order within 2-5 working days after placing your order.

Express UK Delivery - £8.99 Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For/ Tracked 24. For this service, please email info@minimermaidtails.com or add a note to the order and we will manually add this to your order if available and will send you a payment link. 

European Orders - Price varies. All orders are sent Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Please allow for 5-8 days delivery. Goods imported maybe subject to custom import duties. If any import tax and duty is due, this is the responsibility of the buyer not the seller
