Handling and preparing orders for dispatch takes 24 hours.
Standard UK Delivery (exc. Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Channel Islands) Our current UK postage cost is £2.99. Free UK Shipping above £35.
A dispatch email with tracking number is sent when the parcel(s) leaves us. We aim for parcels to arrive within 3-5 working days from dispatch.
Smaller items will be sent via Royal Mail. Physically larger items will be sent via Hermes UK
Please note Royal Mail and other couriers are experiencing longer then normal delivery times due to COVID
Express UK Delivery is available via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed at a cost of £8.99
Express delivery is not available from Friday through to Sunday.
Standard Delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Channel Islands Our current UK postage cost is £6.99. Orders over £35: £3.99
Express Delivery to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Channel Islands is available via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed at a cost of £15.99
Rest of the World Shipping (this now includes Europe) is also available via Royal Mail Tracked & Signed Service at a cost of £20.
Please note, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses overseas.
Orders shipped to Europe & ROW may be subject to additional import fees upon delivery. Refusal to pay customs fee and in the event of the parcel being returned back to Mini Mermaid Tails may be subject to handling fee deducted from your refund.
